Quick And Easy Spinach Lasagne

- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, egg, chopped spinach, salt, and oregano.
- In a greased 9 x 13-inch pan, spread 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce.
- Layer one-third of the uncooked lasagne noodles over the sauce.
- Add half of the spinach and cheese mixture over the noodles.
- Repeat with another layer of sauce, noodles, and spinach mixture.
- Finish with the last third of noodles and the remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese over the top.
- Pour water around the edges of the pan.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
