Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Several cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Sliced fresh mushrooms, to taste
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan.
  2. Cook slowly for 1 hour to blend flavors.
  3. Pour over your favorite pasta and serve.
