- Put the pasta in boiling water and cook for 13 to 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Put the olive oil or butter in a pan with the mixed vegetables and cook over low heat.
- Cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes; after 3 minutes, add 3 tablespoons of water and cover again.
- In a salad bowl, mix the mayonnaise, salt, and oregano with the drained tuna.
- Add the cooked pasta and vegetables to the salad bowl and mix well.
- Sprinkle sliced olives on top, if desired.
