Ingredients

  • 16 raw jumbo shrimp in shells
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup dry wine
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Peel the shrimp and make a shallow cut lengthwise down the back of each shrimp; wash out the vein.
  3. Pour oil into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Place shrimp in the oil in the dish.
  5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley, chopped green onions, and chopped garlic.
  6. Drizzle with dry wine and lemon juice.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes or until the shrimp are pink.
