Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package ready pie crusts or pastry for 2 crust (10-inch) pie

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, diced potato, and diced onion together in a bowl, then shape into 2 loaves.
  2. Place each loaf on pastry, fold pastry over the top of the loaf, and seal the edges.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until golden brown.
