  • 1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cubed *
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water to cover
  • pie crust (2 pie crust)

Instructions

  1. *Fat pork rendered down may be substituted for the cubed lean pork (optional), 1/2 pound rind removed, cube.
