Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 c. sauteed onion

Instructions

  1. Shape into patties and fry.
  2. Top with spaghetti sauce and Mozzarella cheese or mushroom soup and Cheddar cheese.
  3. Bake in baking dish at 350° for 30 minutes.
