Patty'S Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 9 medium potatoes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • dash of garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Peel and cook the potatoes.
  2. With electric hand mixer, mash potatoes.
  3. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and garlic; mix well.
  4. Put mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Use fork to make strokes on top of mixture.
  6. Pour melted butter on top; sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
