Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked cubed pork
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed
  • 2 crust pie pastry

Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, chopped onion, cooked cubed pork, and caraway seed.
  2. Spoon the mixture into one of the pie crusts.
  3. Place the second pie crust on top.
  4. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  5. Bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
