Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen peaches
  • 1 cup crushed gingersnaps
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Molly McButter or Butter Buds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • dash of cornstarch or flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the juice from peaches with cornstarch or flour to thicken, then add cinnamon.
  2. Place peaches in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle with Molly McButter or Butter Buds.
  4. Top with crushed gingersnaps and brown sugar.
  5. Bake at 350°F for approximately 10 minutes or until the sugar has melted.
