Peach Bisque

Instructions
- In a blender or food processor puree the peaches with the sugar.
- Add the sour cream, half and half, cream and half of the spices.
- Refrigerate for several hours to draw the flavors.
- Stir in the brandy just before serving.
- Sprinkle the top of each serving with remaining spices, then top with a dollop of whipped cream or sliced peaches.
- If you chill the bowls before filling them, the soup will stay cold longer.
- Yields 6 servings.
