Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, peeled and cubed
  • 3 md. tomatoes, cubed and seeded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced and peeled
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 dash freshly ground black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients, and stir well.
