Peach Jam Bread

Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Beat in a large mixing bowl the sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Add peach jam and vanilla; mix well.
- Add flour mixture and buttermilk alternately to creamed mixture; beat well.
- Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
- Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
