Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple (juice reserved)
  • 1 can sliced peaches (juice reserved)
  • 1 lemon cake mix (dry)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the pineapple and sliced peaches in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Pour the dry lemon cake mix evenly over the fruit layer.
  4. Cut the butter into small pieces and spread or place on top of the cake mix.
  5. Pour the reserved juices from the pineapple and peaches evenly over the cake mix.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
