Peach-Riesling Sangria

A refreshing peach and Riesling sangria blending fruity flavors with a hint of vanilla, perfect for summer gatherings and entertaining guests with its vibrant taste.

Ingredients

  • 750 mL dry Riesling
  • 1 1/2 cups white cranberry-peach drink
  • 1/2 cup peach Schnapps
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • 2 lemon slices, 1/2-inch thick
  • 2 orange slices, 1/2-inch thick

Instructions

  1. Mix the Riesling, white cranberry-peach drink, peach Schnapps, and lemon juice in a large pitcher.
  2. Scrape seeds from the vanilla bean and add both the seeds and bean to the pitcher, stirring to blend.
  3. Add the sliced lemon and orange to the mixture.
  4. Cover and chill overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Just before serving, add ice to the sangria and serve.
