Ingredients

  • 1 package bakery style cinnamon swirl with crumb topping mix (Duncan Hines)
  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced yellow cling peaches
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches and reserve the juice.
  2. Add water to the reserved juice to make 3/4 cup.
  3. Chop the peaches.
  4. Combine the muffin mix, egg, and 3/4 cup of the peach juice mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped peaches.
  6. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
  7. Knead the cinnamon swirl packet and squeeze the contents on top of the batter.
  8. Swirl the swirl into the batter with a knife.
  9. Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.
  10. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
