Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick
  • 3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped, peeled ripe peaches
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F.
  2. Grease a 9-inch round pie pan or an 8-inch square pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Beat well for 1 minute.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from pan and serve.
