Peanut Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread
  • bread crumbs
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sesame seed

Instructions

  1. Trim the crust from the bread and cut each slice into 4 or 5 sticks.
  2. Bake the bread sticks and crusts for 45 minutes at 250°F.
  3. Heat the oil and peanut butter together over low heat until combined.
  4. Dip the bread sticks into the oil and peanut butter mixture.
  5. Roll the dipped sticks in a mixture of toasted bread crumbs and sesame seed to coat.
