Ingredients

  • 2 oz. chocolate or vanilla candy coating
  • 1/4 c. low-fat peanut butter
  • 12 to 16 reduced-fat Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Using a cutting board, break the chocolate or vanilla candy coating into pieces with a paring knife.
  2. Melt the candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Spread the peanut butter evenly over the Ritz crackers or dip the crackers into the melted coating.
  4. Place the coated crackers on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate until the coating is set, about 15-20 minutes.
