Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 4 peeled, frozen bananas

Instructions

  1. Cream the peanut butter, nonfat dry milk, honey, and milk well until smooth.
  2. Roll the frozen bananas in the peanut butter mixture until well coated.
  3. Cut the bananas in half if desired and insert a popsicle stick into each piece.
  4. Optional: Roll the coated bananas in chopped peanuts for additional crunch.
  5. Freeze the coated bananas until solid before serving.
