Creamy peanut cups with a chocolate-lined shell, filled with a sweet peanut butter and Cool Whip mixture, perfect for a light, no-bake treat suitable for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • small paper baking cups

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, confectioners sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip.
  3. Place 1 teaspoon melted chocolate in each paper baking cup and swirl to coat the inside.
  4. Chill until the chocolate is hard.
  5. Fill each cup with the cheese mixture.
  6. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
