Sweet, cinnamon-sugar coated biscuit rolls topped with a rich vanilla ice cream and brown sugar glaze, perfect for quick indulgent desserts or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 tubes buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Mix white sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Roll each biscuit quarter in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  3. Place the coated biscuit pieces in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Combine white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla ice cream, and margarine, then bring to a boil for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
  7. Let set in the pan for 2 minutes.
  8. Tip the baked rolls onto an aluminum foil-covered cookie sheet.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
