- Mix white sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll each biscuit quarter in the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
- Place the coated biscuit pieces in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine white sugar, brown sugar, vanilla ice cream, and margarine, then bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Pour the hot sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
- Let set in the pan for 2 minutes.
- Tip the baked rolls onto an aluminum foil-covered cookie sheet.
