- Cut up the onion and celery.
- Add about 1 tablespoon of water and cook in the microwave until done.
- In a greased casserole dish, combine the cooked vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, water, tuna, chow mein noodles, peanuts, and chopped onion and celery.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
