Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. chow mein noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 or more cans water
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 stalks celery

Instructions

  1. Cut up the onion and celery.
  2. Add about 1 tablespoon of water and cook in the microwave until done.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, combine the cooked vegetables, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, water, tuna, chow mein noodles, peanuts, and chopped onion and celery.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
