Ingredients

  • 1 c. shortening
  • 1 c. light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 lb. salted peanuts
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
  • 3 c. oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Roll into small balls and bake at 425° for 7 minutes.
