Peanut Pork

- Slice pork lengthways into about three fillets, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Place unsalted peanuts in food processor with knife blade; process until they are the consistency of flour.
- Be careful not to make peanut butter.
- Mix peanut flour with all-purpose flour (half and half).
- Add salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
- Beat one egg and add as much water.
- Dip meat in egg wash, then into peanut flour.
- Drop into hot grease and fry until golden brown and crispy.
