Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 c. mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, chopped
  • 1 c. chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and place in a covered 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
