Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 pt. carton whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 5 eggs

Instructions

  1. Have margarine at room temperature.
  2. Mix sugar and margarine; add eggs one at a time.
  3. Add whipping cream (not whipped) alternately with flour.
  4. Add lemon flavoring.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
