Pearl Salad
A fruity and creamy gelatin salad combining pineapple, buttermilk, and Cool Whip, perfect for potlucks and family gatherings with a sweet, nutty crunch.

Instructions
- Put the crushed pineapple in a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the boiling pineapple.
- Remove from heat.
- Pour the pineapple mixture over the strawberry-banana Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
- Add the buttermilk and mix well.
- Set the pot in the refrigerator to cool.
- Once cooled, stir in Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a pan and refrigerate until set.
