Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2/3 Tbsp. diced pimento
  • 2/3 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion

Instructions

  1. Put peas in a colander.
  2. Pour 2 kettles of boiling water over them. Drain and combine with other ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate.
  4. Keeps for 2 weeks.
