Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 ounces pecans

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until stiff.
  2. Add brown sugar and vanilla to the egg white and beat until smooth.
  3. Dip pecans in butter.
  4. Place coated pecans on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the pecans inside for an additional 30 minutes.
