- Beat egg white until stiff.
- Add brown sugar and vanilla to the egg white and beat until smooth.
- Dip pecans in butter.
- Place coated pecans on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 250°F for 30 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and leave the pecans inside for an additional 30 minutes.
