- Put half of the crushed Pecan Sandies in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Combine strawberries with juice, Cool Whip, egg whites, and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat for about 10 minutes.
- Fold in the Cool Whip into the strawberry mixture.
- Pour the mixture over the crushed pecan sandies in the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed pecan sandies on top of the filling.
- Freeze the dessert until firm before serving.
