Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Pecan Sandies, crushed
  • 10 oz. frozen strawberries with juice
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put half of the crushed Pecan Sandies in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Combine strawberries with juice, Cool Whip, egg whites, and lemon juice in a large bowl and beat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip into the strawberry mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crushed pecan sandies in the pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed pecan sandies on top of the filling.
  6. Freeze the dessert until firm before serving.
