Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp water
  • 2 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until stiff.
  2. Add pecans and stir until all are coated.
  3. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture over the coated pecans and mix well.
  5. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
  6. Bake at 225°F for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
