Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sweet cream butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add 2 cups of sugar and stir continuously until the mixture turns a golden brown color.
  3. Add the pecans and pour the hot mixture onto a cookie sheet.
  4. Stretch the toffee thin while it is still warm and pliable.
