Creamy cheese dip with sausage, tomatoes, and onions, perfect for parties and gatherings. Rich, flavorful, and easy to customize with or without meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 lb sausage or hamburger meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can chili no beans (optional)
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup green onions
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with diced green chilies

Instructions

  1. Fry sausage or hamburger meat along with the onions.
  2. Set aside on paper towel to drain excess grease.
  3. Cut Velveeta cheese into pieces.
  4. Mix the cheese, cooked meat and onions, cream of mushroom soup, chili (if using), and Ro-Tel tomatoes in a double boiler or slow cooker.
  5. Cook until the cheese melts and ingredients are heated through.
  6. Serve with crackers and/or chips.
