- In a large bowl, mix butter and sweetened condensed milk.
- Put the mixture into a microwave oven and cook on High for 5 minutes.
- Add the dry milk and mix well.
- Return the mixture to the microwave oven and cook for 4 minutes.
- If not as thick as dough, cook for a few more minutes until desired consistency is reached.
- Cool the mixture in the refrigerator.
- Mold the mixture into balls.
- Press the tops of the balls into chopped pistachio nuts.
