Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 package Carnation dry milk
  • pistachio nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix butter and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Put the mixture into a microwave oven and cook on High for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the dry milk and mix well.
  4. Return the mixture to the microwave oven and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. If not as thick as dough, cook for a few more minutes until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator.
  7. Mold the mixture into balls.
  8. Press the tops of the balls into chopped pistachio nuts.
