Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Cook until the mixture reaches soft ball stage.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add butter and vanilla, then beat until the fudge begins to thicken.
  5. Pour the mixture into a buttered 9 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Peanut butter can be added after removing from heat if desired.
