Instructions
- Cream butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- Add 1 cup flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Spread this mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan and brown at 350°.
- Mix remaining ingredients and spread over the first layer; bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool real good before cutting.
