Ingredients

  • 5 cups sugar
  • 32 oz white vinegar
  • 32 oz mustard
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • 51 peppers or peck

Instructions

  1. Grind peppers and mix sugar, white vinegar, mustard, and salt together.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Add 1 cup of flour to 1 pint of water to create a slurry.
  4. Add the slurry to the first mixture and bring back to a boil.
  5. Let it boil for 10 minutes, then pour into clean jars and seal.
