- Cook hamburger meat and chopped onions until browned; drain water and grease.
- Mix cooked hamburger and onions with mushroom soup and cooked macaroni.
- Cut off the tops of green peppers and remove seeds.
- Boil peppers for 5 minutes.
- Stuff the boiled peppers with the meat mixture.
- Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until heated through.
