Pepper Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb hamburger meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger meat and chopped onions until browned; drain water and grease.
  2. Mix cooked hamburger and onions with mushroom soup and cooked macaroni.
  3. Cut off the tops of green peppers and remove seeds.
  4. Boil peppers for 5 minutes.
  5. Stuff the boiled peppers with the meat mixture.
  6. Top each stuffed pepper with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until heated through.
