Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch green onions (with tops), finely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. black peppercorns, coarsely cracked
  • 2 tsp. pink peppercorns, coarsely cracked
  • 2 tsp. white peppercorns, coarsely cracked

Instructions

  1. Combine softened cream cheese, finely chopped green onions, and garlic powder.
  2. Shape the mixture into a 5-inch ball.
  3. Combine black peppercorns, pink peppercorns, and white peppercorns.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in the cracked peppercorn mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Wrap in heavy-duty plastic wrap and chill until firm.
