Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white chocolate
  • 1/3 to 1/2 bag peppermint pieces

Instructions

  1. Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper.
  2. In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate.
  3. Mix in the peppermint pieces.
  4. Pour the melted mixture onto the wax paper.
  5. Spread into a thin layer by shaking the cookie sheet or dropping the sheet onto the counter.
  6. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  7. Break into bite-sized pieces.
