- Put cucumbers, onion, and sweet pepper in a jar or other container with a lid.
- Sprinkle with salt and stir.
- Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Take out, drain liquid, and add sugar, vinegar, and celery seed.
- Stir well.
- Put back in refrigerator.
- Will keep for 2 weeks.
