Peppermint Salad

A refreshing peppermint salad featuring whipped cream, marshmallows, vanilla wafers, and crushed peppermint sticks, perfect for festive gatherings and sweet tooth cravings.

Ingredients

  • Ground peppermint sticks
  • 20 large marshmallows
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 2 cartons whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Put the vanilla wafer crumbs in the bottom of a dish or pan, such as a 7 1/2 x 12-inch Tupperware container.
  2. Save some of the wafer crumbs to sprinkle on the top later.
  3. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Add the quartered marshmallows and ground peppermint sticks to the whipped cream and gently fold together.
  5. Spread the marshmallow and peppermint mixture over the wafer crumbs in the dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining wafer crumbs on top of the salad.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
