Ingredients

  • 10 oz. jar pepperoncini (salad peppers, drained and stemmed)
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl.
  2. Add pepperoncini, cream cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the food processor.
  3. Pulse several times or until smooth.
  4. Stir in sour cream.
  5. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
  6. Serve with crackers or chips.
