Ingredients

  • 1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough
  • 1/2 lb. sandwich pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 lb. yellow American cheese, thin
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, thin

Instructions

  1. Roll dough out into an oblong shape.
  2. Layer pepperoni, American cheese, and Provolone cheese alternately.
  3. It's best if the cheeses are laid out first, followed by the pepperoni, and then more cheese on top.
  4. Roll up the dough and seal the edges.
  5. Brush the top with egg white.
  6. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
