Ingredients

  • 16 oz. (presliced) pepperoni
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Chop the pepperoni using a food processor.
  2. Mix the chopped pepperoni with softened cream cheese and parsley in a bowl.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pepperoni mixture using a mixer or a spatula.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a bowl sprayed with Pam for easy unmolding.
  6. Chill the spread until ready to serve.
