Pepperoni rolls are savory, cheesy snacks featuring seasoned bread filled with pepperoni and mozzarella. Ingredients

  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough
  • sliced thin luncheon pepperoni
  • 1 jar spaghetti or pizza sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw bread dough for 4 hours.
  2. Flour surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  3. Spread spaghetti or pizza sauce over the dough.
  4. Overlap thinly sliced pepperoni on top of the sauce.
  5. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  6. Roll up the filled dough into a tube shape.
  7. Fold under the ends of the roll.
  8. Pinch the seams together to seal.
  9. Place the roll on a cookie sheet.
  10. Bake according to the bread dough package instructions, brushing with milk periodically to aid browning.
  11. Let cool before serving.
