Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen dinner rolls
  • 1 large pkg. pepperoni
  • 1 large pkg. grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen dinner rolls and allow them to rise in a warm place until about double in size, approximately 3 hours.
  2. Flatten each roll dough on a cutting board or plate.
  3. Place 4 or 5 pieces of pepperoni and a generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese on each flattened dough piece.
  4. Roll the dough around the pepperoni and cheese to form a ball, keeping the fillings inside.
  5. Bake on a cookie sheet according to the directions on the rolls or until golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
