Ingredients

  • 3 cups uncooked noodles
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen broccoli
  • 2 tablespoons plain no-fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1 cup light Cheddar cheese
  • 3 cups cooked or diced turkey or chicken

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles and broccoli as directed and drain.
  2. In a double boiler, mix yogurt, flour, and mustard.
  3. Heat the mixture and gradually add milk, stirring continuously.
  4. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  6. Layer noodles, broccoli, and turkey in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  7. Pour the sauce over all and bake uncovered for 25 minutes at 350°F or until bubbly.
