Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground meat
  • 10 oz tomatoes with green chiles
  • 15 oz can Ranch beans
  • cornbread (homemade or pre-packaged)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a skillet; drain the fat.
  2. Add the tomatoes with green chiles to the meat and cook briefly.
  3. Place the meat mixture in a 13 x 9-inch glass casserole dish.
  4. Evenly spread the Ranch beans over the meat mixture.
  5. Spread the cornbread mixture over the beans as the last layer.
  6. Bake at 425°F for about 20 to 30 minutes until the cornbread is golden and cooked through.
